Chi Nei Tsang: 'CNT' (Internal Organ Massage) literally means "Working the energy of the internal organs" or "Internal organs chi transformation". It's an old Taoist Chinese origin which integrates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of oneself, going to the origin of health problems, disease, including psychosomatic responses, addressing the whole person, using the principles of Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi-Chuan known as Chi-Gong. CNT is a form of "Applied Chi-Gong" and is also called the Art of Listening and Inner Path of Self-Cultivation. We highly recommend a daily half hour rejuvenation therapy or longer if you have deep seated emotions.

.Purification-Enemas Irrigation:. A Purification-enemas Irrigation using the gravitational method is an internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of poisons, gas, and accumulated fecal matter. Unlike an ENEMA, it does not involve the retention of water. There is NO discomfort, NO internal pressure, just a steady gentle flow in and out of the colon. At the same time, we encourage you to give yourself an abdominal massage to stimulate the colon to recover its natural shape, tone and peristaltic wave action. No other system can equal this process. (Supervision is necessary if this is your first time to experience colonics.)

Electronic Bio-Energizing Zappers: (to build up your Immune System and more) Designed originally to kill intestinal worms, it was discovered that "Zappers" could also stop the onset of many illnesses caused by parasites. WE TAKE CARE OF YOU... On arrival the day/night before you begin your rejuvenation fasting program with purification-enemas, you will receive our 'Welcome Pack which with orientation explanations: We'll test your pH and discuss your cleansing phase options (see below). This will familiarize you with your program and all of its components: shakes, supplements, drinks and meals. Our staff can offer you CNT and explain how to use our Colema Board, and bio-energizing zapper if these are unfamilar to you are . You At this time, we will also answer any pre-cleansing questions you may have. We must also document your health condition: allergies, phobias, chronic conditions, etc. We will also take a look at your fasting goals and expectations.	CLEANSING PHASES* *If this is to be your first cleanse, and depending on your pH balance you will have a choice of 2 cleansing phases. We recommend you start with the Gentle Phase (for 3-4 days) gradually making your way toward the Power phase.
	Mild Phase Two shakes a day (see sample schedule below) with two small alkaline forming meals, plus a bowl of soupy broth at the end the day. Recommended for at least three day before moving up to the Power Phase.
	Gentle Phase Three shakes a day (see sample schedule below) with one small alkaline forming meal, plus a bowl of soupy broth at the end the day. Recommended for at least three day before moving up to the Power Phase.
	Power Phase Four shakes a day (see sample schedule below) and replace your one meal with a second bowl of soupy broth.

ABOUT CANDIDA: Candida is a fungus that generally lies dormant in most people. It's considered a wood element...., connected to spring, wet, damp, fast growth, not good for the organs, particularly the liver, and gallbladder. Many people however, on a high carb and sugar diet, often combined with stress, over time, upset the balance of this Candida fungus and  it spins out of control. Symptoms are: continual cravings for more carbs and sugars, even though one is full, retaining water (edema) chronic fatigue, liver and kidney weakness, with the worst case scenario being leaky gut syndrome. This can be unbearably painful. If we notice, or you are also aware that you have Candida, we suggest that you NOT use buko juice in your shakes, nor fruit in your snacks.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE We suggest if you have the opportunity, that you buy and read the book 'Cleanse and Purify Thyself' by Richard Anderson' before arrival. This will give you a good base for assimilating your cleanse with a similar process using shakes and supplements and enemas. We also encourage you to buy and read the book 'You Are What You Eat' by Gillian McKeith is it too offers great support in making a dietary and nutritional action plan
To have a stronger, more effective cleansing rejuvenation, it's a good idea to help the cleansing process by eliminating cigarettes, coffee, drugs, rubbish and processed foods like sugar, salt, white flour, alcohol, fatty foods and other heavy foods especially meat. Ideally begin eating a 'whole-food' diet like freshly squeezed fruit and  vegetable juices, fresh fruits, salads or lightly steamed veggies, whole grains like brown rice etc., fresh unsalted seeds and nuts. Several days or even a week before you arrive try eating just fruits, fresh veggies and fruit juice. An even greater advantage for your deeper cleaning is to order 2 bottles of either Clarkia or Dr. Shaultz wormwood, walnut and clove tincture (cost is approx US$60) and begin your cleansing well ahead of time. AS YOU COME OFF your cleansing rejuvenation fast, your system will probably be a little more delicate than usual and need extra TLC for a while. As your natural flora might be slowed done because of your purification-enemas, we will help replenish that with small shots of potato juice for your final 2 days and a probiotic colon implant, on your last night (optional) We can also introduce you to rejuvelic and sauerkraut as this really helps rebuild your flora inside your intestine very quickly. You should have a much higher vibration and sensitivity to what's good for you and what isn't. Generally we find most visitors are more attuned to what are unwanted poisons and better nutrition. You should also be more interested in what you eat and appreciate that a big majority of restaurant and pre-made food is not always healthy. A good transition plan, if you feel you can handle it, is to eat apples (as many as you can) then experience a liver - gallbladder flush to help you remove the toxic build up of cholesterol balls from your gall bladder, also called your bile duct.
Throughout many traditions, cleansing rejuvenation fasting, meditation and even purification-enemas have been a primary way of self-purification, toward spiritual inspiration, and intuitive abilities toward Well Being and Enlightenment. Regularly we too, should broadening our inner consciousness and go within to give our bodies a very needed rest from the material world to harmonize with love, light, nature and the five elements and to just heal ourselves.
WHAT WILL I EAT? We encourage a raw food diet while cleansing. Should you have Candida, we prefer you eat mostly veggies only, as fruits can and do encourage bloating, cravings for carbs and sugars and can make you feel hungry. All foods would be blended and served in liquid form (fruit juices and vegetables in a broth). Our spicy veggie, or seaweed broths are delicious and we encourage you wait till the end of the day for 1 or 2 bowls of them. If at any time you feel your program to be too ridged, we will do our best to satisfy your particular dietary requirements. If you are not fasting, foods may be served whole for you to cut as you wish, with lots of sprouts, sauerkraut and fresh coconut cream. Its all very simple, easy to prepare fare and we will be encouraging you to think simplistic when you go home. Most of you will not be needing to come here for the food; you need to learn that one only needs lees food and it should be simple, uncomplicated ingredients, as close to the natural state as possible. Creating an internal alkaline environment is the key to assisting elimination during detox. With this in mind, we prepare many of our dishes with garlic, ginger, chili powder, sea grape seaweed (lato), also a super green food called malungay (leaves of the horseradish tree). We  grow various sprouts in our kitchen, and sometimes wheat grass, if it agrees to grow for us, ha-ha!.
