What is High Enemas, Colon Cleansing?

A Colonic Irrigation using the gravitational method is an internal bath that helps cleanse the Colon of Poisons, Gas, and Accumulated Fecal Matter. Unlike an ENEMA, it does not involve the retention of water. There is NO discomfort, NO internal pressure, just a steady gentle flow in and out of the Colon. At the same time, an Abdominal Massage is given to stimulate the Colon to recover its natural Shape, Tone and Peristaltic Wave Action. No other system can equal this process. 

How is High Enemas, Colon Cleansing Administered ?

The blow-up picture behind this thumbnail explains how you would take your colon cleansing:
First we prepare a 4 gallon bucket of water mixed with crushed garlic, sage, guava, avocado, mango or citrus leaf and a little organic ground coffee. Sometimes in cases of kidney dysfunction, we also use clay or even powdered charcoal, as these are great to absorb lots of toxins and free radicals.
You will lie on our Narra Hardwood Colema board which is about 32" - 42" below the controlled water jug. There is a small gate valve at the back of the board, so you can control the water flow.
Lubricate your rectum with a little virgin coconut oil, lie down on the board. Then allow the warm water to come out of the hose connected to the jar and allow the water to guide your hand and insert your small sterilized tube (we provide) inside your rectum, (it's real easy...no pain honestly).

Slide down the Board until your bum touches the edges of the bum support. The tip of the tube should be inserted no more than 1inch. The herbal water goes gently inside your Colon via this small water tube or specula, then out and around the specula carrying with it impacted feces and mucous.

As the water flows out of the Colon you gently Massage your Abdomen to help your Colon release its contents. Using our principles of Chi Nei Tsang internal organ and bowel massage (you will have received a therapy beforehand) continue massaging upward on the left side (descending colon). If you find tender, sore spots, continue to massage that area until the tenderness, if any is gone. Continue upwards just below the ribs, then across just below the ribcage (transverse colon) and down the right side (ascending colon). Try to eliminate sensitive areas as you proceed. When it becomes necessary to evacuate, simply relieve yourself by expelling the water. 

It is possible to see your expelled waste in the catcher at the end of the process. The water takes about 15-20 minutes to run out, then lie a few minutes longer, get up, remove the board and sit on the toilet a little bit if you feel there is a more water and feces left inside. Honestly it's very relaxing and massaging your abdomen or using our Chi Nei Tsang Tummy Tool will give greater results.

How Many High Enemas will you need to see results?

To see good results, the number of treatments required always varies with your individual prevailing condition. It may take a series of seven colonics to sufficiently soften and loosen accumulated fecal material if you have and hard, well loaded waste in your colon . Startling results might not be seen for the first few treatments. That is why we recommend a series of two per day during your fast.

We offer information for proper exercise and diet of non-mucous producing foods and suggest fresh fruits, vegetables and certain herbs to help loosen and dissolve accumulated fecal matter. We suggest, once your Colon is clean, that you give yourself a colonics every three to four months. When diet and exercise patterns change at the changing of the Seasons, this is an easy way to remember to have a Colonic Irrigation and it' also beneficial during the cold and flu season.

What are the Benefits of High Enemas ?

Colonics offer relief from a variety of disturbances by cleansing the colon of Impacted and putrefactive fecal matter. Fatigue, gas, headaches, irritability, skin problems, cold hands and feet, lethargy, weight Loss, are among the problems people have found relieved by colon cleansing. Constipation, of course, is another as well as chronic diarrhea. Your sense of well-being is often dramatically improved with the colonic process or colon cleansing. You feel lighter, more energetic. Are there Side Effects with High Enemas ?

There are no side effects. It is not uncommon however, for some people to start to feel like they have a cold or headache after a Colonic. Toxins which have been lying dormant in the Colon are now being flushed out and a small amount may be Re-Absorbed into the body's system. This healing crisis passes quickly and the person will realize a feeling of well-being with further treatments.

Will High Enemas Damage Normal Intestinal Flora?

Your normal intestinal flora will NOT be damaged at all. One of the functions of the first half of the colon is to make the intestinal flora needed for the colon. When the accumulation of feces in the bowel leads to fecal encrustation, it's difficult for the colon to function normally and the glands in this lining cannot produce the necessary intestinal flora. The resulting lack of lubrication, particularly for those who do not drink enough water, intensifies a state of constipation and generates toxemia. This upsets the normal acid-alkaline balance and the growth of the friendly bacteria is slowed. Flushing out the colon will help bring the acid-alkaline ratio back into balance. In this environment, the friendly bacteria will again thrive and disease causing bacteria will find it difficult to develop. As your natural flora might be slowed done because of your program, we will help replenish that with small shots of potato juice for your final 2 days and an acidophilus (probiotic) colon implant, on your last night (optional) as this really helps rebuild your flora inside your intestine very quickly.

Our experience with fasting and cleansing have convinced us that each year the colons of many become distorted. We firmly believe that, unless all fecal matter is removed, no amount or kinds of drugs, operations, vitamins, or food supplement can rid the body of many conditions of ill health. Therefore, the most important procedure directed towards regaining best health is the complete and thorough cleansing of the colon, no matter what or how long it takes.

A Seven-Day Cleanse (Fast) at least should be a must for everyone two to four times per year. Scientists have found that certain tiny water animals, alternately fed one week and starved the next during their entire life, lived five times longer than those that were fed all the time. Moderate fasting should be a routine procedure for everyone.

A Colema Board and Additional High Enemas Info

Our Colema Boards offer an easier and more efficient cleanse and we've designed them to provide a private, safe, and easy way for you to take a high enema or home Colonic. Once you are in the correct position, it is possible to relax during the balance of the procedure. Both hands are free, so you can massage your abdomen and colon freely. The massaging technique is most important for best results. 

Note: One 4 or 5 gallon jars are used with our Colema Boards as our is clear, so you can judge the amount of water remaining.

How we prepare our Colema Board 'Colonics' solutions. We use 1 or more of the following depending on the situation:

Clay or Charcoal: 3 tablespoons of our healing clay from the island or grounded charcoal.

Coffee: 3 tablespoons of ground Coffee in 1 quart of water: We bring to the boil and simmer 15 minutes, then strain through strainer and cloth and put in the 4 gallon jar, then add water to make 4 gallons.

Garlic: 4 cloves of garlic: Cut up and put in a blender with 1 cup of water, then strain and put in the jar and fill with water.

Sage, Avocado, or Guava leaf: 2 cups in 2 cups of water, bring to boil for about 3 minutes, then strain and put in the jar and fill with water. This has a particularly calming effect on your system.

Note: Most water temperatures for giving Colonics range from cool to very warm, but should be a comfortable temperature for the individual user. Our experience is that cooler water is often preferred in our warm environment. A very cool Colema is often the perfect solution to eradicate a headache or any pain in the body, without taking a pain killer.

The jar is supported so that the bottom of the bucket is approximately 32 inches above the Colema Board. We place the exhaust portion over the toilet bowl, and provide a colander in the toilet so you can examine whatever you expel.
 
We provide a folded towel or foam pad on the Colema Board, so that it will be comfortable to lie on. Just lubricate the plastic tip with our virgin coconut oil, and position your body on the Colema Board, then with the water running to help guide you, insert the plastic tip into your rectum (anus).

Colema Boards encourage normal peristalsis, without producing bowel distention. Continue this procedure until you have finished eliminating or until you have exhausted the contents in the bucket. This will normally take 15-20 minutes. Remove the colander and rinse the collected contents to expose collected matter. 

Do not be alarmed over some of the strange material you have passed. You should examine such debris carefully. It is not unusual to pass rope-like material that is somewhat lengthy and elastic.

Remember that the success of the Colonic may well depend more on the amount of Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massaging than the amount of solution used.
